Items shipped from neuromakerstem.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery by initiating a return from your order page. To manage your orders, click the profile icon at the top right corner of the online store page, or click here.

Once a return is started, you will have an additional 14 days to ship the product(s) to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return from your order page will not be accepted.
General Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled and unused, with documents and all accessories, in their original packaging.
Only items that have been purchased directly from neuromakerstem.com can be returned to NeuroMaker. NeuroMaker products purchased through other resellers must be returned to those resellers in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
